Once I receive your idea, reference, or theme, I’ll begin by creating an initial sketch with basic compositional elements. This draft will be shared with you so we can discuss the direction of the piece together and agree on how to move forward.

After that, we’ll define the color palette—either based on your preferences or the initial briefing. At this stage, it’s also important to consider the intended placement of the artwork. Knowing where the piece will hang can help determine the ideal size and proportions, ensuring it complements the space and has the desired visual impact. Once the colors and dimensions are confirmed, I’ll send you a final sketch. Please note that this sketch is a rough composition meant to guide the overall layout and color scheme.

Once we’ve agreed on the initial concept and dimensions, I can provide a quote for additional refinement—this may include a more detailed sketch or even a digital mock-up of the final piece to help you better visualize the outcome. The price quote excludes shipping. Costs will be added to the final total and are your responsibility.

Once the price and initial sketch are approved, I require a 50% deposit to begin the final piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Your piece will be shipped once full payment has been received.
